1:1 Coaching (monthly)
-Customized to meet YOUR needs.
-Personalized Macro count and Meal Plan (and/or ability to track Macros in an app), snack/meal suggestions based off of personal preferences and intake sheet.
-45 minute zoom call to discuss goals, lifestyle and how we will work together to keep you accountable so that you can reach your health & fitness goals.
-Daily texting hours directly to Certified Nutrition Coach Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm where you can ask questions, help overcome behavioral spiraling, work with your coach to plan how to tackle eating out, parties or just a rough day.
-Weekly electronic check-in on Thursday
-Access to scheduling 30 minute meeting with your Coach whenever needed
-Grocery Shopping Lists
-Staple foods that make “meal prep” EASY (Proteins, Fats & Carbs)
-Ideas for a full day of eating
-Weekly Recipes for meals and snacks
-Ability to learning to track your meals in an app like “My Fitness Pal” or “Macros First” if working off a meal plan initially
-Advice/suggestions on workouts
**This product will be charged every month. It should be entered into with a minimum of a 3 month commiment. Most successful 1:1 clients find optimal success with 6 months of Coaching.
