Absolutely not. I am not a huge meal prep girl! I will grill a bunch of chicken breast a the beginning of the week, maybe make a protein pancake bake or overnight oats ahead of time but I am Queen of simple meals and making sure you have a meal plan or meal ideas that fit your lifestyle.

I’m glad you asked. It’s simple, with your nutrition. Prioritize protein & getting in 80-100 ounces of water a day. When eating, eat as many single ingredient foods as possible and set a step goal for yourself of 10,000 steps a day. This will help increase your NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis).
